1. What Mere Store Is

Mere Store is a discovery index for Mere Packages — .mp.html files that run as local, offline apps in any browser. The store indexes package metadata and links to files hosted by their authors. It does not host, modify, or warrant any package.

2. Package Use

Packages are provided by their authors under their own terms. Mere Store makes no representations about the functionality, safety, or fitness of any package for any purpose. Review the source of any package before running it.

Each package is a self-contained file. It runs locally on your device. No data it collects is accessible to Mere Store.

3. Intellectual Property

The Mere format, runtime, and associated tools are open source (MIT licensed) and maintained by Semantic Intent. Package content is owned by its respective author. The Mere Store index, design, and codebase are owned by Semantic Intent.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mere Store is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, completeness of the index, or the continued availability of any linked package.

5. Limitation of Liability

Semantic Intent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Mere Store or any package obtained through it.
